1 C Borax
1 C Arm & Hammer Washing Powder

Heat castile soap with 2 C of water. Add Borax and washing powder, stir until disolved.

Pour into a 5 gallon bucket and fill with hot water. Use about a cup of detergent per large load. Less for smaller loads.

Christmas is about Salvation from our Sins

I’ve been known to put up my Christmas tree the day after Halloween (blech! I hate Halloween). But then I read in God’s holy word that He doesn’t want us to bring in our house cut down trees, nor does He wants us to decorate them. So, of course now I don’t do that. I have to confess that I really liked having a Christmas tree during the Christmas season. It is beautiful with all the décor, the lights and the presents, especially when all the living room lights are turned off and only the tree lights are on.

I come from a long line of Bible reading women. My mother was not so much a reader as she was a believer. So as I look back, I was taught to have a tree by my mother, who was taught to have one by her mother, and so on and so on, I ask myself why am I the first of generations to read and obey God’s word, at least in this particular area? Why wasn’t not having a tree something that they were very much aware of not to do? Did they not realize or did they simply think that God doesn’t care anymore. But God doesn’t change so He must still care.

Many Christian “leaders” say that the Bible is not describing a Christmas tree but a tree carved for the purposes of idolatry. However, there isn’t a tree that was significant to the birth of Yeshua.  A tree doesn’t have any symbolism for the birth of our savior. If anything, it should be stripped of its branches and made into a cross dripping of blood but then that would be more suited for the Resurrection.

It is frustrating when our will doesn’t line up with God’s. The safest place to be is in God’s will so why is it so hard to surrender to the well-being of His perfect care?

We are not on this world to please ourselves. We are here to please God. Thankfully God is a fan of lights!

Psalms 23

The Lord is my Shepherd = That's Relationship!

I shall not want = That's Supply!

He maketh me to lie down in green pastures = That's Rest!

He leadeth me beside the still waters = That's Refreshment!

He restoreth my soul = That's Healing!

He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness = That's Guidance!

For His name sake = That's Purpose!

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death = That's Testing!

I will fear no evil = That's Protection!

For Thou art with me = That's Faithfulness!

Thy rod and Thy staff they comfort me = That's Discipline!

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies =
That's Hope!

Thou annointest my head with oil = That's Consecration!

My cup runneth over = That's Abundance!

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life =
That's Blessing !

And I will dwell in the house of the Lord = That's Security!

Forever = That's Eternity!

Face it, the Lord is crazy about you.

Send this to people you are crazy about.
I thought this was pretty special, just like YOU!!!
What is most valuable,

is not what we have in our lives, but

WHO we have in our lives!

'
Do not ask the Lord to Guide your Footsteps if you are not willing to move your Feet'
Peace.
