Sent from my mobile.

This pot rack is our latest project. I've always wanted one. Now that I have it, I realize how old, ugly, and used my pots and pans are. Now I need to find shiny ones. :)

I’ve been abstaining from sugar, starch and caffeine, well, not so much caffeine. Especially since I discovered bulletproof coffee. I can only have one a day and it’s awesome :D

2 cups of your favorite brew

2 T coconut oil

2 T butter, no salt

Dash of cinnamon

6 drops of stevia

Blend on high for 30 seconds....enjoy.

10 days No Sugar, No Starch, uh, No Caffeine

I made it to day 10 of no sugar, no starch, no caffeine. Well, I must confess that I did have 3 diet Cokes in one day. It was a weak moment. But I prevailed through a baby shower laden

with Little King sandwiches, Cheetos, no diet pop, chips and dips and the cake, my goodness the cake!

I overcame! I ate the inside of my sandwich and drank a glass of water. After the party, I bought a few bags of pork rinds. I can’t have the chips but I can have the dip with some pork rinds....yummo!

Guilt-Free Chocolate Delight

Ingredients:

1 cup coconut oil, extra virgin is best

3/4-1 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened

8 (1 g) packets stevia

1 squirt of vanilla stevia

Nuts (optional)

Directions:

1 Melt coconut oil (in microwave) for 15-45 seconds, just long enough for it to turn to liquid.

2 Add cocoa powder (the more cocoa powder, the more the flavor will taste like 'dark chocolate', so if you don't like dark chocolate, use the lesser amount of cocoa powder) and add sweetener (8 packets or to taste). Mix thoroughly in blender.

3 Pour small amounts into an ice cube tray (or similar) and freeze for at least 15 minutes, to harden. Then enjoy! =). Or pour onto paper plate and keep in fridge overnight. Eat whenever you want a treat :D
