Chicken Bone Broth

Had a brief bout of bursitis in my body and then an excruciating bout in my hip for a week😖 😫🤬
But with much needed rest😴, medication🍯, and painkillers⚡, I'm on the mend.
Now it's time to make some chicken🍗 bone broth🍵 to complete the healing process! 😊
I'm finally getting the bone broth done for you Mary.

I take a bunch of chicken carcasses, legs, wings, feet (any part of the chicken that has the cartilage skin and fat) and put them in a big pan, fill the pan with water, add a lemon or two and bring it to a boil, then I reduce it to simmer for 12 to 24 hours, then I strain the broth, put it back in low to reduce the broth.
Then I'll take a little bit put it in the fridge see how it solidifies and once it gets to the point of gelling like jello then it's done. Then I'll season to taste.
Sometimes I put in garlic but I usually don't put any vegetables in my bone broth.
