Bulletproof Coffee...yeah, I dig it.

I’ve been abstaining from sugar, starch and caffeine, well, not so much caffeine. Especially since I discovered bulletproof coffee. I can only have one a day and it’s awesome :D

2 cups of your favorite brew

2 T coconut oil

2 T butter, no salt

Dash of cinnamon

6 drops of stevia

Blend on high for 30 seconds....enjoy.

  1. Becky, is 450 calories good for a caffeinated drink? I'm not one to consume coffee any other way than straight up black farm strong coffee. I suppose it contains more caffeine than a person should consume in one sitting but years of consumption has given me tolerance for it. I usually have one cup in the morning to start the day. Well, ok, it's a 20 ounce cup. Well, yeah, a farm cup for farm coffee, don't you think? :-) Many prayers headed your way for weight loss.

  2. Thanks, Dave. When you cut out sugar and starch, calories don't mean the same. I only posted the calories for shock value. Most people would look at that and gasp..lol
    Eating sugar makes me fat. Not eating sugar makes my body use its own fat. Eating fatty foods makes me feel satisfied. My cravings have gone away. Well, except for caffeine. :D
